Privacy Notice
Effective July 22, 2026
This notice covers the Nisatsu pre-launch site at nisatsu.com, where you can join our email list to hear about Nisatsu. It is narrower than our full product Privacy Policy, which applies once Nisatsu launches.
Who we are
Nisatsu is operated by NISATSU LLC (“Nisatsu”, “we”, “us”), based in Arizona, USA. For any question or request, write to contact@nisatsu.com.
What we collect
- The email address you add to our update list.
- Your IP address, used only momentarily to rate-limit the form and block abuse. It is not stored alongside your email.
- If you arrived through a link with campaign tags (the
utm_parameters in the address), we store those tags with your signup so we know which campaign or post brought you. They describe the link you clicked, not you, and we use them for nothing else.
By default this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. The only third-party cookies we ever use are the optional advertising cookies described below, and only if you accept them.
Advertising cookies (only with your consent)
While we run ads for Nisatsu, a banner asks whether we may use cookies from our advertising partners (Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok) to measure how those ads perform (for example, that a visit from an ad led to a sign-up). Nothing loads unless you choose Accept; Decline works with one click, and the site works exactly the same either way. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a standing Decline automatically.
If you accept, these partners set their own cookies and receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed and that you joined the email list, never the email address itself). California residents: this is the “sharing” you may opt out of under the CCPA/CPRA, and declining the banner, or sending GPC, does exactly that. You can change your answer any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Why we use it
We use your email to confirm that it joined the waiting list and to send the Nisatsu launch notice when the app opens. The confirmation is a service message about your request, not enrollment in ongoing marketing email. Our legal basis for the launch notice is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and both messages include your personal unsubscribe link (see “Your choices” below).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your email address, or use it to train AI models. It is stored with our database provider, Neon, solely to hold our email list. Rate-limit checks run through Upstash and never receive your email. Resend processes your email address and message content only to deliver the waiting-list confirmation and launch notice. Ad-performance measurement (see the advertising-cookies section above) happens only with your consent and never includes your email address.
How long we keep it
We keep your email, campaign tags, and delivery state while it remains on the waiting list. Unsubscribing records an opt-out on that signup so we can suppress later delivery; if the waiting-list confirmation has not started, that request also keeps the confirmation suppressed if you later rejoin. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete the record. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe from any email at any time, or write to contact@nisatsu.com to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or object to our use of your data. We honor these requests for everyone.
Changes
If we update this notice, we will change the effective date above.
